Ah beer reader, tonight is the night. Mrs. Beer and the Captain brewed up a batch 10 days ago, and tonight is bottlin’ time. Now really I shouldn’t post anything until at least 2 weeks from now when I crack the first brew (being as it is a sort of steam style/ale mix) or even until I’ve let it bottle-age for a month, but I can’t hold back. I brewed with cranberries and a lotta malt to welcome fall and man, I can’t wait. But I have to. And so do you… but wish my beer luck. It’ll see you (meaning me) in 2 weeks.
