Spicing a stout, y’all

So… I’m going to add nuts and coffee to my stout’s secondary fermenter. What do you think? You think I’m nuts (ha)? Well… if and when this brau rocks, you can eat those words, Mr./Mrs. You can eat them with a fork! And use your napkin. You have a little—yeah. I think it’s… pasta sauce? It’s still there… is that… Gross.

  2. Oh, I’m shootin’ from the hip, sir. Even now coffee and almonds mingle with my stout as it ages in its carboy. Private Pilsner was down for the weekend and helped in the endeavor and then, well… I don’t remember exactly… we met up with Admiral Ale and Sgt. Stout and uh… well, I know beer was consumed and we may have formed a dance troup.
