Friends, in my lifelong quest for better beering, I recently came across a website—the homepage for our friends from the Culver City Home Brewing Supply Co. in fact—that gives a number of wonderful lookin’ recipes for your (in this case “your” meaning “my”) home brewing pleasure! Most stores, sites, whathaveyou, are very cagey about giving out recipes. Oh, woe is them if others brew their precious beer! Well we don’t need ‘em, right? We got each other. And… our friends at Culver… and various books… and intuition. But y’know what? A lot of these recipes look awesome, so I wanted to share, so booya—shared.
