Another brew brewed n’ drank!

Friends, I’ll not do a review of this Captain’s latest homebrew per say, as it may seem A) self-serving and B) like an awful tease as, unless you’re on the HoB fleet or one of my South West-area compadres, you’ll never taste this sweet, sweet beer. Brigadier Bock and Sergeant Stout came over last month for a brew session. I think I mentioned that a while back. Or one of them mentioned. Anyway, the Sarge’s Belgian Wit will likely be cracked next weekend and I bet it’s gonna rock socks clear off of feet. HAPPY JOY BEER DRINK CAPTAIN BEER MAN!!!
It’s refreshing, smooth with a nice foamy head and the aroma, and light flavor and finish are a lovely play of malt, light hop and fine sweet (but not sharp, overly-sweet) berry goodness. You want the full download on it? Well come on by and try one. And bring a bunch of beer too. We like that.
