There is definitely some confusion surrounding the name but on a brewery tour, they said the steam was from the large batches of wort cooling in the open air. Whatever the reason, it&#039;s a fantastic brew. Do you consider it the quintessential West Coast beer or does Sierra Nevada hold that title?</description>
