Herr Hefeweizen, The Ambassador of Wheat, would like to make his debut with the best of the best. Franziskaner Hefe-Weizen strictly follows the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, and I challenge the troops to find a better brew. It is cloudy and boasts bountiful wheat flavor and a pleasant yeast taste with a hint of citrus, and from sip to swallow your tongue will thank you.

Make sure you correctly dispense this brew by pouring two-thirds of this into a proper Weizen receptical and then swirling the rest of the beer around before finishing it off in the glass, this will ensure proper dispersion of the yeast, then add a lemon to it and delight.

This is a must drink for any beer lover and a necessity for anyone claims to enjoy hefe-weizens.
