just tried a glass today, it was a pleasantly surprising, not as “sour” as I was afraid (more a sharp tartness). definitely had a “wine quality” to it.

I always find it strange that New Belgium’s best known beer, Fat Tire, ranks towards the bottom of their lineup in best taste and interesting characteristics. It’s the beer that allowed them to produce the rest like this, I guess, but I’ll take a 1554 or Mothership over Fat Tire any day.

In a vaguely femine, red faced moment, I purchased a six package of Millers Chill. This beer is best described as fairy wand carrying, limp wristed crap.

You know what I love about Anheuser-Busch? Remembering all the propaganda around Busch Gardens about how Miller was owned by a South African company, thereby implying that only a commie (a racist commie at that) would drink such swill, and the only beer for a true Mer’can is a cool Bud. Well… eh… yeah, funny how times can change.

Glad this one is OK though. Only slightly less-subterfuged than the fact that Blue Moon is really Molson, which is really Coors.
